What Causes Dry Cough, Nasal Congestion And High Fever?
Hello doctor,, my kid is now 2.7 years old.he is frequently affected with sudden dry cough,stuffy nose followed by high fever. The cough lasts for 3 days, which is severe on second day and also with light wheezing.. He will be hospitalized and doctors give him anti biotics through IV.. They also prescribe budecort for 3 days..iam very tensed why he is getting that once in 10 days..what medicines and inhalers in nebulization can I use for him and what type of food should be given..he is only 13 kg and looks lean.

I think you may need to consult a pneumologyst and an allergologyst because it can be asthma or allergic rhinitis.
He can use antihistamines such ketotifen to help him not to have again.
He may need to feed better because he is underweight.
