What Causes Dry Cough And Fever With Excessive Sweating?
My son is 4yrs old, he has been having a dry cough for 2 days now, i gave him cough medicine to ease up. 30min later he was asleep with a slight fever, he is sweating heavily, pillow all cover in sweat and so are his clothes. He has been having lots of bowl movements that are green and complains of stomach pains. Does he have measles or is it something else?

This could be allergic condition and this is very common in this age and this is nothing to worry it will be fine may take some time to come around just care need to be taken for any secondary infection, you can try pure honey at bed time, hope this information helps, take care.
