What Causes Dry And Itchy Skin On Neck?
Hi. I started off with very dry itchy skin on my neck which has recently spread to my upper chest and is bright red on the chest region. It basically looks like a sunburn but I have not been out in the sun. Any idea what it could be or how to treat it?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be hypersensitive reaction and this would come around on its own you need to wait for some time if the symptom does not improve then this can be best treated with anti-histamine, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
