What causes drop foot?

i am 29 years old and have some kind of neuromuscular condition because i cant build muscle and have drop foot in both feet its been that way my hole life i and not so worried abought that i also have little energy even a car ride wares me out i also get high liver functions sometimes over 2400 if i remember correctly i have had dr at the age of 8 years asking my mom if she kept the alcohol away from me but its been this way my whole life i have also had other test that show my nerves are working and i had to play for it out of pocket and i am on fixed income have seen my neurologist and pain medison dr they had check out my hand where i have a hard mass that is on top of the boan however now i was rubbing my ribs because for a while now my ribs had felt burning and felt a hard mass similar to what is on my hand only scaled up in size for the rib and i have been a lot more tired even a car ride knocks me on my anus (dad was a dr mom a nurse) i want an opinion because i want to have a little bit of a heads up opinion i was born pre mature my mom drank and did drugs latter i was adopted but my birth mom died of cancer i also have rickets i drink soy milk and eat iron rich meats and stakes and frout and vegtables i have a fast metabolisum and sometime have always had low blood cell count my dad was also a professional druggy (drug addict) i have lose joints as well and then there are other problems but i think this will help you get an idea
