What Causes Droopy Nose Tip After Septorhinoplasty?

Hello, I had septorhinoplasty 6 weeks ago and my upper and lower cartilidge is wider than prior to my nose surgery. Also my tip is drooping as well. My surgeon took 7mm off my profile and narrowed my nose 4mm. Why is my nose so wide and bulbous? Hope you can help.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Generally nose tip drops a little after rhinoplasty. The tip will turn up again after four to six months. You can wait up to six months. If problem injectables or revision surgery may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
