What Causes Drooping And Pain In The Eyes?

Hi! I have been experiencing episodes (1-3 days) of eyelid drooping, right eye only, for a few months. Sometimes there is a distant pain behind the eye. It just kinda stayed a little droopy with no significant episodes for a month or so, and this morning it is droopy again, with pain now behind the eye.As a side note, I also suffer from Anxiety/Depression, and have in the last 8 months gone from a size 18 to a size 12, without trying or significantly changing my lifestyle. I did have some stomach pain and had an endoscopy done, but the results were normal. What do you think this could be?
