What Causes Drastic Change In The Blood Pressure Levels?

low blood pressure 80/65 after meals when not eating it runs much higher, 120/90 ish avg, along with this my blood sugar was at 116-122 AFTER eating - before eating it can get low like 65-70.. yet i have blood panel record of it being much higher even upwards of 400-500 for over two 3 years .. I usually un very high blood sugar and HBP too but things appear after changing diet and lifestyle (which ive done a stellar job of honestly ) but now instead of too high and passing out .. Im too low in everything and passing out. its all very confusing like im missing something in the middle im active - not obese but could lose 5-10 lbs to be under 18% BMI .. Any suggetions ? i eat a balanced diet and very small portions i keep mostly under 1500-1700 calories a day.. I already feel starved and just seems when i eat no matter what it is ? it makes me pass out whehter numbers are overly high or overly low ... This is pretty much a long term problem as its been happening for well into 20 years now im 41.

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

Largely your report is just okay and blood pressure levels are also okay but if you have a consistent weight problem you may undergo a thyroid function tests just to rule out the same and also consult a dietician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
