What Causes Double Vision?

my wife suddenly started seeing double while we were watching TV. She had taken 10mg ambien about 20 minutes prior. She had had two swallows of beer. She seems really spacey. She can smile and talk coherently but slowly. She can raise her arms above her head. She can count from 1-10 without a problem forward and backward, albeit slowly. She has taken ambien before with no problem. She has been taking oxycodone for pain from shoulder surgery on 8/7/17. She has not taken any oxycodone for the last three days.

Hi

Exclude anisometropia and amblyopia. It can be computer vision syndrome. so stare less at TV and computer, it can lead to diplopia and dry eye resulting in corneal erosion. Start applying refresh eye tear drop. In the morning, apply any other lubricating agent as drop or ointment. even Neosporin ointment can be applied at the bed time.

Take Care
