What Causes Double Vision, Buzzing/pressure In Head And Ear Pain?

I have been suffering from the following symptoms for a few months now:

*double vision in left eye
* feeling lightheaded for at least 4 hours at a time
* pressure in left side of head and left ear
* buzzing feeling in head
* sometimes my arms feel weak and tingly
* episodes of feeling like I'm going to faint brought on by nausea

And recently I have started getting theses symptoms:

* outer ear pain (cartilage) especially when laying on it
* pressure and stabbing pain in left ear
* dizziness

What could be causing these symptoms?

diplopia in one eye indicate more towards the cause can be be cornea to lens retina. you can notce this if you close the other eye. one can be ghost and other real image. mainly it's due to spherocylindrical defect other symptoms are neurological. can consult neurologist. you have to exclude glaucoma, cataract, conical cornea,mainly it is due to senile cataract. rarely may be due to giant tear folded retina giving rise to uni-ocular diplopia.some time it may be atherosclerosis or hallucination
