What Causes Dizzy Spells,raised Heart Beats And Blurred Vision?

-Dizziness when holding your breath
-Not sleeping good at all
-Fast heartbeat
and the worst 1..
-At random times you lose your vision and all you can see is a rainbow of sparks and then you get dizzy and have to hold on to something before you fall to the ground

Hi,

Symptoms need to be ruled out for cerebral pathologies. On second thought, it can be nonspecific. If you hold the breath then oxygen is cut off and the tissue does not get enough oxygen, this might cause the dizziness and fast heart rate.

It could be due to anxiety and stress. Still, the patient can be tested for any cardiac illness and for that EKG and ECHO is advisable.
