What Causes Dizzy Spells,nausea,vomiting And Congestion In Ear?
My friend is 71 and has started experiencing intermittent dizzy spells and nausea with vomiting. She has some feeling of congestion in the ear too. Doctors have not given her any answers, except to say she has some hearing loss. She lost her husband a year ago and is stressed.

Hello. I have gone through your question. i assume that your friend is having vertigo. There is degeneration of nerves in the ear as we age and these nerves are important for helping the body sense balance. So you dont need to worry. I would suggest some anti vertigo drug such as betahistine 16 mg three times a day and rest. I hope this helps. Thanks
