Hi,
Welcome to HCM forum,
Normally dizziness can happen if anyone stands in hot sun light for a long duration in the afternoon, that is called syncope. But if without any trigger or heat or strain, he gets dizzy, then he needs to be investigated thoroughly which includes blood tests, cardiac check with an ecg and also eeg if needed. Kindly consult a pediatrician without further delay.
Hope I answered you query adequately. Let me know if there is any further clarification you need. Take Care.
