Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizzy spells and vomiting during menstruation. Well dizziness is defined by feeling lightheaded or like you are losing your balance. It is primarily caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure. Hormone fluctuations during the menstrual cycle are the main culprit for dizziness and other PMS symptoms, like cramping and headaches. Less common causes of dizziness include inner ear imbalance, dehydration, vitamin deficiency, or strenuous activity. I would suggest you to avoid skipping meals , stay hydrated , avoid sugary drinks and lie down whenever you start feeling dizziness .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
