General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for your mother in law.
Dizziness along with high blood pressure may be suggestive of transient ischemic attack which happens due to problem in blood supply to brain. Dizziness can also happen as a result of high blood pressure itself.
She is having moderate to high blood pressure along with symptoms. This should not be taken lightly. You should immediately take her to physician as it is very necessary to bring down the blood pressure and keep it under control.
Hope this will be helpful.
Thanks for your question at HCM.
Take care.
