Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, nausea and low BP . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query asthma , middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , hypotension or heart rhythm disorder. I would suggest ou to consult cardiologist for proper diagnosis and to rule out more serious condition first . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile and check vitals. and treat accordingly . Doctor may prescribed betablockers , frusamide and aspirin . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem or chest specialist for chest problem .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
