What Causes Dizziness,headache And Sweating?

My 11 year old son came home from school c/o dizziness, feeling like he was going to pass out, headache, and metallic smell (not taste), light sensitive, sweating . Came home and fell asleep for two hours. Has had headaches like this in 2 other times in the last month during school. causing him to come home early. Sounds like migraine but the metallic smell makes me think blood in the nose. Could this be something else

Hi...you are right. it could be blood as he is specifically telling about metallic taste and not smell. But dizziness and about to pas out frequently should arise suspicion about intra-cranial pathology...probably a mass lesion. I suggest you get his blood pressure checked and approach a neurologist and get a MRI brain done for your kid.
