On Monday I didn t know if I had food poisoning or the stomach flu, had diarrhea all day and felt nauseated but no vomiting, headache, chilled , feet felt like ice , arms legs ached, tender to touch my skin, finally vomited felt somewhat better, next flet better but just ooff in the head, sort of dizzy like probably shouldn t have driven but did, now today (Wednesday) still feel off and my stomach feels tender and my lower back hurts somewhat. Don t know what I want to ask but I guess whatever it was I guess it will take a few days to feel ok again, am I correct in that thinking. What reallty bothers me the most is the sort of out of feeling dizzy????
