What Causes Dizziness,depression And Anxiety Disorder?

i can t explain how i feel to anyone but there is a feeling that comes over me. i feel unsteady maybe dizzy i m not sure. unsteady on my feet. i get depressed easily and cry or should i say i cry and don t know why sometimes i think i might die because of the way i feel i also feel weak and can t do things i would normally do because i feel funny. i went to dr and he did a chest xray, blood work and ekg and had me walk for him. apparently, he found nothing. he also chkd my ears.

As you have already consulted doctor and underwent some blood and other tests which are normal, there is unlikely a organic pathology (underlying disease) for your symptoms.

In such a case, I may suggest to consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.

Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation.
Engage your self in recreational activities like reading books, games.
