What Causes Dizziness With Vomiting On Ingestion?

My head is spinning really bad when I am laying down and standing up, I feel the need to vomit alot I have vomited everything I have eaten, I ve tried drinking water but isn t making anything better, started to feel like this last night and came back straight away this morning when I woke up. What can I do it s the worst feeling I ve felt!!

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of vertigo and persistent vomiting to the extent that you can not retain anything. Since the problem started a night before and recurred immediately on waking you up, this is a cause of concern as there is a persistent vomiting and unless it is stopped you may go into dehydration, further increasing the spinning problem.
You have to immediately consult a Doctor to see for your vitals, do preliminary clinical evaluation and get investigations done like the MRI of the neck, angiography and so so as per the necessity felt on clinical examination.
A combination of the medicines for vertigo and vomiting may help you. If there is dehydration and any other medical problem like diabetes hypertension and so on.
