As per your query you have symptoms of dizziness with stuffy nose and head congestion which is because of Eustachian tube disorder, which require medical attention because it can lead to middle ear infection. I would suggest you to to consult ENT specialist and neurosurgeon also for proper examination and to rule out other causes like increase in intracranial pressure.
