What Causes Dizziness With Ring Sound In The Ears?
Hi . I ve been having issues with my left ear ringing fullness . Feeling dizzy and my head is foggy :( my neck also hurts on and off like a lot of pressure did MRI everything good. But attacks come and go . Taking diuretics. Low slat diet no caffeine .also had steroids shots done (3) in a month . Nothing seems to help. Please help me My specialist said no cure. I am thinking of having surgery :( but don t want to .

i need some details like your age thyroid status and any other health issues you have..
tinnitus(ringing) can be due to a lot of problems like infections thyroid issues meniers disease or some blood vessel problems..
one can come to a conclusion only after thorough examination..
if thyroid is not done get it done..
what surgery your doctor advised?
if i know what he advised i would be able to tell whether to go for it or not...he must have examined and diagnosed advised for a surgery..its good if you follow his orders..
