What Causes Dizziness With Rapid Movement, Ringing In Ears And Stiff Neck?

I have dizziness, my world spins for a few moments, when bending over, when I lay down and when I get up from a laying position, especially if I get up too fast. When I bend completely over I not only get dizzy, but it s like it wants to throw me backwards, but I ve been able to catch myself. My ears feel full most of the time, my ears ring. I also have times when my hearing goes deem - I don t completely loose my hearing and it makes me stop doing whatever I m doing at these times. The back of my neck gets stiff and hurts and my head hurts, usually after working all day. I ve always thought it was from tension. This has been at it s worst for at least 3 months now and I see my family doctor Tuesday for a 3 month check up and I just wanted an idea of what I may be dealing with, before talking to her.
