What Causes Dizziness With Fever?
Hello. Yesterday afternoon I was dizzy - almost feels like a bout of vitago was coming on. I ate some sugar thinking maybe it was low sugar levels and it quiet it down enough to get home. Today, I am a bit dizzy with pain in my neck and getting a headache as well. I don't think I have a fever. Should I go to my doctor or just head to bed?

Hai . headache and dizziness could be due to many reasons like hypothyroidism, neck pains due to cervical disc problems, variations in blood pressure, sugar levels, neurological problems, metabolic or nutritional deficiency, or any thing related to the heart, or any anxiety. Please visit ur physician if .it is recurrent.take care, good luck.
