What Causes Dizziness With Diarrhea,vomiting And Muscle Weakness?

Hi, I am 20 years old and over the past week I've been suffering from dizziness, vomiting, nausea, shaking, polyuria, muscle weakness and diarrhoea. I initially thought it was a viral infection as I know a few people who have had sickness and diarrhoea, but they are all feeling much better now.

Have you any ideas what may be causing this, and do you think I should consult a doctor?

Dear you just told general symptoms of many diseases. Diarrhoea itself causes low blood pressure lead to dizziness and electrolyte imbalance may lead to weakness .

Cardiac problem and anemia may also present with hypotension and giddiness.

Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of ORS liquid.
Check blood and serum investigation for infection.

Use tab.sporualc thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
