What Causes Dizziness With Coughing Up Blood?
my fiancee is feeling sick and dizzy all the time and has noise bleeds and coughin up blood and when he is being sick he gets burst blood vessles by his eyes now they are on his legs and feet and mostly all over what can it be ? even when he is passing urine its dark orange

My first impression is to rule out bleeding /clotting disorders.She has to get to hospital to undergo examination and investigations.
