What Causes Dizziness While Working?

I get light-headed when I do some work, like outside do light yard work, I feel like I need to sit down for awhile until it passes. I have had a stress test, ekg, blood pressure runs 114/81, pulse 106. Nobody can tell me what is causing these symptoms, can you give me some reason why I am having these problems, & they are getting more often lately, I also break in a sweat when that happens.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
If you are hypertensive and taking medications for the same, it is possible this could be side effect of the medication. Please check your standing and lying down BP. If there is a lot of difference, this could be postural hypotension.
Also, I'd suggest you to get your blood sugars checked and get an ECHO of your heart.
