General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The dizziness and a state of perpetual spinning while walking is caused by Meniere disease as already diagnosed by your doctor.

I advise to:
• Monitor blood pressure and record the results for future evaluation.
• Take meds as prescribed by your doctor regularly. Betahistine is the drug of choice; while avoiding long-time standing and walking will help.
• Keep well hydrated.
• Wear orthopedic shoes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
