What causes dizziness while suffering from high blood pressure?

Hey I just got my blood pressure checked because I haven t been feeling right over the past month. I ve been feeling light headed and have dizzy spells. I was just told my pressure is 154/105 should I seek medical attention. I do have some other illinesses.

As per your complain you have problem of high blood pressure .Try to control your blood pressure.

Increase age and obesity may cause high blood pressure. Other condition may ruled out.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
Antihypertention drug can use for control your blood pressure under doctor's suggestion.
High blood pressure lead to many problems so better to control it.
More alcohol drinking and smoking may aggravate a condition.. Stress and tension also.
Do a regular exercise and diet modifications.
Take low fatty food and avoid junk food.
Detail history and investigation give exact idea .
