I have been on brand name Dilantin and phenobarbital since age 5. the only 3 times I had seizures was in march and may of 1985 when my neurologist though after 7 years no seizures I was cured. immediately in may I was put back on them and until January of this year was fine until my Dilantin level dropped to 6 due to skipped dosages as a result of carrying for my dying father and a car crash. I was put on generic keppra on top of Dilantin and phenobarbital which I will eventually be weaned off Dilantin and put on higher dose of keppra. twice this week I ve tried sleeping in bed, but when I get up am dizzy and drowsy. in your medical opinion is it the keppra or Dilantin doing this
