What Causes Dizziness While Lying Down?

On an intermittent basis I have a feeling of dizziness and falling when lying down. Had it this morning and have been feeling nauseous all day. Was eating lunch and talking to a friend when I could no longer look at her and my eyes involuntarily went cross eyed for about a minute. I have felt tired and slightly nauseous ever since......please can you advise me

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there as long as your symptoms are concern, one is Hyperacidity and second would be labyrinthitis, initially this can be treated with Tab Bitahistine three times in day with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, if this fails to responds then clinical examination would be necessary, take care.
