What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting, Sore Throat And Nausea?

my daughter, who is 19, is having dizziness, and when she turns her head, a throbbing in her tongue. She has been ill the last couple of days, vomiting, sore throat, and general feeling of nausea, cramping, fever. She also is stressed over exams and lack of sleep. Should she go to the ER?

Hello,
You may need to take her to ER if she is not able to keep foods and fluids down. She may just have a viral infection, complicated by the stress of exams. However, if she has a fever and feels very bad then the ER may be the best choice. I hope she is feeling better soon.
