What Causes Dizziness Upon Jumping?
I am 48 year old male, overweight but do not smoke. when I jump up quickly - like when my team makes a winning 3pt shot at the end of the game to cheer, I get light headed and feel like I am fainting or passing out and getting tunnel vision on the way down. After about 20-30 seconds, I feel OK again.

It is quite normal.
On physical exertion, there is a shift of circulation to legs and transient hypoxia. It will revert to normal without any definitive treatment.
