What Causes Dizziness & Sweating?

my 7 year old son keeps getting dizzy, very very pale, blured vision, swetting so badly his clothes are soaked through temp between 40-41 sometimes vomiting. these episodes are getting more frequent and can last any thing from 2 hours to 12 hours any ideas? thanks

I am so sorry to hear about this dizziness and sweating that you have reported. these two are related as excessive sweating would lead to reduced blood volume, drop in blood pressure and symptoms of dizziness. I will recommend that he drinks as much water as possible and even ore when in hot weather to avoid these episodes. If this happens quite often, get him evaluated for possible hormonal imbalance that may explain some of these symptoms. For this, I will suggest that you consult an endocrinologist.
