What Causes Dizziness, Ringing Ears And Pressure In Eyes?

I have had a headache for over a week, severely at times, I visited my family doctor finally after 5 days and was given a shot for the pain. It has now moved into the mouth. I have also felt dizzy, having the sounds of crickets in my ear and my right eye feels pressure, it is all located on the right side and even my neck hurts. I am going to the dentist tomorrow but I don t think it is my teeth. Not sure.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizziness, ringing ears and pressure in eyes . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , medication reaction or side-effect , dehydration , migraine or pulsative tinnitus . I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI and check vitals to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic , vasograine , calcium channel blockers or diuretics . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem or cardiologist for hypertension or other heart related problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , take proper rest and avoid bending forward .
