What Causes Dizziness, Red And Watery Eyes?

At certain times when I move my eyes, I get dizzy feelings behind my eyes. I drive for a living and I wear corrective lenses, so I put much strain on my eyes. I find it difficult to focus sometimes and it feels like my eyes bounce away from what I'm looking at. My eyes always feel tired, red and watery. The dizziness gets worse when i tak off my glasses and I try to walk. i noticed on weekends when I'm not working and dont wear my glasses, the symptoms are not nearly as bad. This has bothered me for several months
