What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Stomach Pain After Eating?

HI, I am a 48 year old female with a resting heart rate of 80 to 96 beats per minute. I feel dizziness, nausea and stomach pain after I eat sometimes. Lately I have been having chest pain with pressure and heaviness in the middle of my chest. I have night sweat on occasion. The left side of my face gets numb and I have pain that runs down my neck and left arm and causes numbness in my pinking and ring finger. Sometimes my hands get so cold it s painful.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 48 yer old female, resting heart of 80-96, feel dizziness, nausea, stomach pain after eating sometimes, lately have chest pain with pressure, heaviness in the middle of of chest, night sweats occasionally, numbness left side of face, pain on neck and left arm numbness in pinky and ring finger, hand gets cold and painful.
The complex of the symptoms are varied and can be due to either or combination of the following for which you need detailed clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as per the probable diagnosis. These are:
- Cervical spondilitis.
- Cardiac problems to be ruled out immediately by an EKG and Echo as well as other cardiac check-ups.
- MRI if the cervical spine
- Tests of Reynauds and other neuro-vascular problems.
