What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Ringing In The Ears?

I have experienced this twice now, At first I felt dizzy and stomach pain, and when I tried to walk, I felt like vomitting that time and all of a sudden, my eyesight went dark and blurry, and I experienced ringing in my ears. What could be the cause of this?

You may get an episode of syncope or orthostatic hypotension. Probable causes are
1. Postural hypotension.
2. Anemia or blood loss.
3. Dehydration.
4. Cardiac problem.
5. Neurological problem etcetera. Lie down immediately after the attack,  Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
