Today I have just experienced dizziness,nausea,hot and sweaty and a very hard and rapid heart beat. It just came out of nowhere while I was reading a book in my recliner chair. I have had the same spells off and on for about a year now, and I am also experiencing pain at the end of my fingertips especially if I just grab something the wrong way. Spells do not last for long but are scary and I really do not like the nausea that accompanies this.
