What Causes Dizziness, Nausea Along With Heaviness In Head And Neck?

Hi i was feeling dizziness and lack of balance three days ago so visited a doc who suggested it to be symptoms of vertigo. He asked me to take vertin 16 for three days 3 times a day amd asked to then visit. I have taken my last dose but am still feeling heaviness in head and neck. I also feel dizziness and vomit sensation sometimes. Plz advise what can be the causes.

These are the symptoms of vertigo, it can be caused by multiple disease or it is just a benign symptom. In most of the patients it is either due to ear diseases or a benign positional paroxysmal vertigo. In your case the second choice looks more accurate, continue the same treatment for the time being and avoid sudden positional changes.
