What Causes Dizziness, Lower Heart Rate And Sweaty Palms?

i am 45 and recently i feel dizzy, accompanied with sweaty palms, a sudden need for a bm and low heart rate. every one thinks it is my anemia . i don't think so.My hemoglobin is 9.5. My doctor has ran some tests and all were fine to include tyroid. l weigh 185 and i am 5'7.

Hi,
Vasovagal synchope has no association with increased heart rate.
Increase in heart rate during stress & exertion is normal. But during episode of such palpitation & pounding get a ECG done.
