Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are quite common after a head concussion. You should know that this clinical situation can last up to some months and it will gradually improve.
If your situation does not improve or even worsens, I would recommend performing a new brain CT scan to check for possible delayed intracranial bleeding.
Physical activity can help improve your situation. I would just recommend avoiding a possible repeated brain trauma.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
