What causes dizziness in the morning?

I am light headed and dizzy when I wake in the morning before getting out of bed. Sometimes, during the day, I get the same dizzy feeling. My blood pressure is fine. It doesn t matter if I have eaten or not. Most concerned with the dizziness first thing in the morning. YYYY@YYYY

Hypoglycemia should be ruled out by checking capillary sugar level by glucometer if available. Second, if problem constant then inner ear infection can be ruled out by examination. Sometimes constant dizziness can be a form of vertigo because of inner ear pathology. If your dizziness resolves then no need for further workup and it can simply because of hypoglycemia or other stressful events. Mention another cardiac history if present for giving more comment. Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
