Hello,
Welcome to HCM
Dizziness, nausea and vomitting are very common symptoms in first 3 months of pregnancy. It is due to hormonal variations that starts occurring after you become pregnant.
It is seen in more than 90% of pregnant women.
Take adequate rest.Be relaxed.Take plenty of fluids.Get up from the bed slowly.
Pulse rate of 100 is normal in pregnancy. No need to worry.
If symptoms worsens ,i would suggest you to consult your gynecologist for workup.
Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you
