What Causes Dizziness In Head Injuries?

Hello, I was hit on my head several times three days ok. I was feeling ok and i had no problems. I made x ray on the skull, it was ok. next day i made a ct scan on the brain and it was also ok. after two days i started to feel very dizzy specially when waking up or moving my head upwards, I have no other symptoms like blurred vision or ringing in my ear. What could be the problem? do i need to make another ct scan?

HI
Well come to HCM
If the CT scan and x-ray are unremarkable then this is nothing to worry because dizziness could be due to vestibular dysfunction some time may be due to viral infection, in my opinion this can be managed with Tab Bitahistine 8 mg three times in day, have some rest, this come around soon, no need to go for any CT again, take care.
