What Causes Dizziness, Headache, Nausea And Muscle Tightness In Shoulders And Back?

I m dizzy. Headache. Unusually Low blood pressure (69/40). Bp is high or OK. Never low. Nauseous. Dry mouth. Bloated & gassy. Also never happens. Muscles suddenly tightened Shoulders. Back. Neck. Legs. This all started an hour ago. I took my Bp 1/2hr ago

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, its due to low bp, it causes dizziness, general weakness, body pains, sleeping disturbances etc... check ur heamoglobin once, mostly ur heamoglobin is low, if low then use iron sucrose or injection weekly once... take iron folic tabs also after checking ur heamoglobin... presently u need injections, neurokind plus 2ml IM, dolokind aqua 1ml IM.... for dizziness use vertin 8mg tab twice a day, and dolo650 tab also twice a day for pains.. take good protein food, hope u understand my answer, thank u
