What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Smelly Urine?
HI. I have been quite dizzy and off-balance throughout the day. Feeling a little 'out of it', or anxious. Have a very unusual odor to my urine. Headache, nausea. I believe I have a cavity in one of my lower teeth also. Could this be causing all of the other issues by chance??

The symptoms that you have may not be due to the dental condition, but this could be due to some kind of infection and in my opinion this could be treated with Sodium hydrochloride citrate liquid 20 ml three times in day, hope this information helps (Comment:- Age and gender information is must for having advise from doctor without this it would be difficult to say anything )
