What causes dizziness followed by fainting and tinnitus?

After a game of badminton, I immediately went to pee and suddenly I felt dizzy. After few seconds I realized I fainted. There were seconds of memory loss but when I realized I was lying on the floor I immediately stood up and become normal. I had CT scan after and the results are clear and was OK. What bothers me now is my left ringing ear and my head slightly heavy. Parts of the head that bumped are still quite achy. So what am I feeling now is normal and will soon pass? What about the bothersome ringing ear?

Hello
In my opinion you most probably had an episode of micturition syncope.
It is advisable to get your ambulatory blood pressures monitored.
Secondly the ringing in ears is tinnitus.
Tinnitus with dizziness could also be due to an ear parhology.
So it's advisable to have an audiometry done and consult an ENT specialist.
Avoid sudden change in posture.
Maintain adequate hydration
