What Causes Dizziness, Fluctuating BP And Pain In Fingertips?

Hi and thanks in advance..... I was feeling slightly dizzy earlier today (about 7 hours ago). My bp has been fluctuating between 156/92 to 137/89. My heart beat was 64-68. Right now it is 131/86 and my heart beat is 64. I m quite relax but earlier my left finger tips had a slight pain at the tip of about 2 fingers and a slight pain behind my left shoulder blade. IOn Dec 29th last year, I suffer from Sabucute Thyroiditis and was warded and given steriods for 3 weeks. My BP was 190/98 then and my heart was palputating and I was breathless and week. I had 2 Teratomas removed on my ovaries in 1996 and a cyst removed when I was 5 yrs old. I am now 51 years old. Weigh 66kg and am 1.54m tall. I know I m overweight but can t seem to loose it. My hair is thinning. Sigh... I also have (spelling) Cervical Spondolosis due to a Whip lash is suffered from a car accident 24 yrs ago. Sorry for the long story... thought that giving all the facts would help :)... Would appreciate your advice... Thank you so much. Oh yes, I have a very slight head ache - mild pressure on the top inner part of my head

hi there, thanks for the detailed history it definitely helps to know. In my opinion you need to visit the ER and get an ECG taken immediately along with a physical exam and a test of your thyroid hormone levels. Your symptoms are ominous and it would be bad to ignore them. Take care
