I am a student. I eat lunch around the same time everyday, and about 2 hours later, I always get a feeling of dizziness, fatigue, and inability to focus. I don t feel hungry, but I have a feeling that I will feel better if I eat something. Usually if I have food with me, I will eat (such as a protein bar, fruit, etc.). I feel better shortly after, but then the feeling returns. I have always eaten the same amount of food, but these symptoms only started becoming noticeable recently (I first noticed them a few months ago, and they have been getting worse and more difficult to deal with). Do you have any idea what this might be or how to fix it? Thank you.
