Last Fri eve I had an acute episode of symptoms. I started with slight irritability and anxiety with hunger and a frontal headache with a burning sensation to that area, dizziness. shakiness and tremor of hands that progressed to the neck and head. then extreme upper extrimity weakness, slurred speech and difficult mouth movements. Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of stress and anxiety related symptoms is more likely.
But better to rule out stroke and TIA (transient ischemic attack).
So consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI brain.
If MRI is normal then no need to worry much.
Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
